Drawing blocks should be the last thing you do, it should be fast and easy. When you draw the blocks, they will be drawn in full size based on the measurements when you did the beams. All size adjustments are made on-site and therefore we only show the full-size blocks, unless you make shorter blocks in a whole row when you defined the layout of beams.

Block definitions

The block definition will bring you to the linked definitions same in the plan tab.
Note that there is no need to define the block definitions as it will be defined from the beam setup.

Draw blocks

After you have drawn your beams it is time to draw your blocks to that bay area.

Press  and select the bay and the blocks will be drawn.

After you have drawn the blocks, the definition is made on the project level.

Edit blocks

Doe to the fact that this is a linked element you will get the same pop-up window as in the plan tab if you press edit blocks.

Save Blocks

Like every other element, save blocks saves the blocks to the database.

There is no need to save the blocks unless you want to have them in the system and shown in the Project manager.
