"Start", "End" and "Main" types added to Reinforcement Groups.

It is now possible to add three different types of stirrups to a reinforcement "Start", "End" and "Main".
This means the user now easily controls if there should be a different spacing at the start or the end of the reinforcement group by using the new "Type" and "Nbr of".
"Nbr of" is only available for the types "Start" and "End" and sets the number of stirrups - This number will be fixed no matter the length of the reinforcement group.
