Added a button to show Production setting error without running the producibility check

We have added a button to show production settings errors without running the producibility check.

When the reproducibility check is automatic this will give the user the option to open the pop-up window to see the errors given without wasting time to turn the check again

This can be found under the Element tab as well as Formslabs and double walls
