DWI and DWG files connected to Linked elements should be synced when created or updated in CAD on cloud sync project

Example: 

Draw a linked element (attach linked) and check in the sync dialog. The files dwg & dwi will already be synced.

All commands that either trigger a download or upload are shown below:

Commands on the shop drawing:

"Draw Linked..." -> Download.

"Save Linked" -> Upload.

Commands on the floor plan:

"Attach Linked.." -> Upload.

"Insert Linked..." -> Download.

"Update Linked..." -> Download.

"Mirror Linked..." -> Upload.

"Draw Stair" -> Upload.

"Edit Stair" -> Upload.

"Generate Plan..." -> Download

"Update Plan..." -> Download

"Save As" -> Upload

"Replace" -> Download
