Dimension settings for the location of the dimension lines depending on the side of the components has been added for each type of element

The two settings (green border) are now available for all the different element types. These settings (green border) are higher in the hierarchy than the (blue border) settings. This means that if the customer by mistake set "Yes" on (blue border) then the (green border) is taken into account first.
