Possibility to hatch the non-cut zones of Hollow Core elements on the floor plan

We have added a new function to hollow core slabs, now you can toggle on and off if you want to see non-cut zones in the plan drawing.

That means that in the HC definition, you can set cut zones, this will help the person adding fx recesses to the HC plan to see where it is allowed to add holes to the elements and where not.

This only works on wireframe elements and not solid ones.

As you can see in the picture below we have marked with red on the plan drawing where the non-cut zones are and in the definition you can see with green the corresponding cut zones.
