Possibility to remove single recesses, openings, corbels from elements drawn as solids

Previously it has not been possible to remove components (single) such as recesses, openings, corbels, and linear cast-in materials from elements when the element is set to solid.

Now when the element is as solid in the plan drawing you have the option to do so, when you edit the element, and select remove > single, the element temporarily switches to wireframe and gives you the option to select the recesses, openings, corbels, and linear cast-in materials you want to remove from the element, when that is done the element switches back to being solid.

This applies to Walls, Slabs, Beams, and Columns.
