Possibility to split/join bars in bar mesh.

When you have a bar mesh sometimes CIMs/recesses do not fit into the grid of the bar mesh.

Now it is possible to split the mest with a certain offset around the components regardless if it is CIM or a recess.

The same applies if you have split it and a recess or a CIM is removed you can rejoin the bars in the bar mesh.

Supports shape codes “A”, “MB” and “JJ” or its equivalent specified in Standard Admin.
