Producibility control - loose bars missing Construction part should be excluded from the control

When adding loose bars to an element fx in Formslabs (Formslabs are just an example in this case) and you do producibility control they will be rejected and the layer will change to a red one.

We have made some changes so that loose bars will not change color and here is how it works now

First of all, I have an element with one loose bar as shown below.

My loose bar is called B6 - 1000 as you can see in the picture above.

When I press Producibility control in the ribbon I will get a message saying that some bars were rejected and will ask if I want to view errors.

The rejected bars will be marked with blue colour in the pop up window

But as you can see in the last picture the color will still be green and not red as it was previously.
