The message for updating the dependencies is set automatically to" NO" or "Yes", when you decide to not get any warnings

A new option for the default value for updating the "Rough Planning Dependencies" has been added. 

This option will be the default "Answer" if the "Give warning if dependencies are not fulfilled" is set to No.
