Cast Planning - Add a functionality for insert before in pallet

A new function allows elements to be inserted before or after the elements in the selected pallet. The function is only possible to access through the detailed view in the cast planning.
Before using the function and inserting the elements HC131 and HC132 planned for production on 28/2 - P002.
When using the function is it possible to choose if the selected elements should be inserted before or after the first element on the cast. In this example are the elements inserted before the first element on the selected cast.
After the elements are inserted the elements on the selected pallet moved ahead according to the inserted elements.
