Create a possibility to set an autorefresh timer for Calendar and detailed view

We have added the possibility to activate an auto refresh timer in settings for calendar view and detail view cast planning.
We have done that for the convenience when multiple people are working with case planning and you cont have to refresh every time you want to do something.
The default value is 0 which means that the settings are off.
The minimum value is 30 minutes.
