Export BVBS from Cast calendar with new filters and based on database or file values

After the introduction to storing the BVBS data in the database have changes been made to the BVBS export from cast.

In the Project Properties is it possible to set if the BVBS data should be saved into a file or into the database. If the setting is set to database then will the BVBS export from Cast look after the data in the database first and if nothing is found then will it look for a BVBS file.

With the introduction of this, is there also added two new "Save file Location" options, one new "Naming of Files" and more options to separate different reinforcement into multiple BVBS files.
