Find element in cast planning from the Model View, element ID and Planning grid in RM

A new command called "Find Element" has been added to the Cast module.
The "Find Element" is placed in the Toolbar and have the icon of a magnifying glass.
"Find Element" can be used both in the Calendar view and in the Detailed view and is enabled if a planned/produced element is selected in the model view, Element ID or Planning Grid.
