Add the total length of strands for linked Prestressed elements in the Project Follow-Up reports in the Continuous Field STRAND_LENGTH

Changes have been made to the STRAND_LENGTH field.

To get the value for the STRAND_LENGHT we multiply the amount of wires with the length of the element.

The STRAND_DIAMETER we leave empty.
