Cast Stack Planning

Introduction

The Cast Stack Planning report contains information about the transport number, stack layer no, element id, element mark, length, mass, height, width etc. 

Production report that can be printed from the cast Planning.

Report setup

General report setup: 
All the fields have to be filled as it prints a sum row at the end of each page.

Page max X and Page max Y defined the maximum size of the report page.
The X-axis is the columns A, B, C etc. The Y-axis is the rows 1, 2, 3 etc.

Continuous Header Row defines in which row the header and footer start, in this case, it starts from row 5.

Continuous Start Row (in this case from row 7) is where the main information starts and Continuous End Row (in this case until row 40) is where the main information ends.
If the last field is filled a summary for each page will be created at the end of the page.

 

Header setup: 
Here is how the header is set up for this report.

As you can see we have different X and Y values for each field. This is done so the program knows where to put the specific information into the report.

As mentioned above, the header starts at row 0 to row 5 in the Y direction.

The Continuous setup is where you set up all the information, in this case, about the Cast Stack Planning.

As you can see, here you define only one row because this row will be the basis for this report, from rows 7 to 40 as shown further up.

This report can be printed from the cast planning module, both in PM and RM

You select the casting bed from the detail view or the days in the calendar view depending on how much data you want in your report.
