DEFAULT BAR END

DEFAULT_BAR_END is defining which symbol shall define the end of a bar. The ends are called either bar ends or end marks.

This variable needs to be added in order for the commands that use it should work. Without it, there will be no bars drawn.

This variable will be added under Reinforcement/Default in Standard Admin. AutoCAD needs to be refreshed before the change will affect your drawings.

The end marks need to exist in the drawing to work.

This default value will be used for all automatic reinforcement commands such as draw template proposal, primary and secondary reinforcement on FormSlabs, Draw reinforcement beam, Draw reinforcement column and Draw Reinforcement Endcaps. All drawings inherit from the drawing …\common\1101\1101\templates_drawings\bl.dwg. If the end mark definition exists in that drawing, all new drawings will have the definition, for already created drawings the definition needs to be imported as well.
