Added a setting in the profile to turn on/off Shape code for straight bars in schedules.

A new setting was added to the profile, as shown in the image below. This setting controls two things:
1. If the setting is set to true, shape codes named A or 00 will be shown in the schedule in the shape code column.
2. i) If the straight bar is non-staggered and the setting is set to true, the "a" measure will be shown in the schedule. If the setting is set to false, the "a" measure will be empty.
  ii) This setting will have no effect on staggered straight bars. The "a"  measurement will always be present.
