The endhooks are now only scaled with the scale of the bar and not connected to the scale of endmarks anymore.

Changes have been made to the Scale functions in Draw Bar. 

The Scale function under the Representation tab changes the scale of the Length and Endhooks.

The Scale function under the Representation ends tab changes the scale of the Endmarks.
