Troubleshoot - modules not working

Sometimes the modules don't work or are missing. If this is the case, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

  1. First of all, try to reload the modules.
    1. Load IMPACT for AutoCAD modules
    2. Load Reinforcement module
  2. Not working? Try to uninstall the applications and then reinstall them again using StruSoft Installer. Then load the modules again as described in links above.
  3. Still not working?
    1. Do they show in the ribbon or menu in AutoCAD? If not, please enter the CUI options in AutoCAD and enable them, see steps in the first video below. In the video, the tabs shown in the ribbon is enabled for Element and Double Wall modules.
    2. They show but nothing happens when pressing a command - AutoCAD says Unknown Command? Check the Support files and Working support files in the Options dialog in AutoCAD, see steps in the second video below. If a path to a folder exists under Support files but is missing under Working support files there's an issue with the loading of the modules. A common issue is that AutoCAD can't load the last paths in the list as there's a maximum number of plugins that can be loaded at the same time. In the video we can see that all paths are working - the last path under both Support files and Working support files are the same. Support files are those we want to load and Working support files are those which AutoCAD actually was able to load. To solve the issue, unload unused plugins/modules.
