It is now possible to print reports with pictures coming from controls and issues (disorders, rejections)
There is made a new field type “P_” these fields can print attachments on the lines/continuous to the following reports:
The ”P_”-fields must be the last of the continuous fields. (There must not be any “Normal”-fields after the “P_”-fields)
When the report is printed will there be calculated how many attachments their max is for the selected data and there will be added a column for each, the header of the column is generated by the program.
If there is more than one “P_”-field will they be added after each other.
The pictures will be fitted to the cell where they are printed but the PDFs will minimum have the size height = 0,75* and width = 1* (in the example above is a row height of 59 and a column width of 14).
The PDF is added to the Excel shed as an Icon. This is done to be able to have it on the line and it would only show the first page of the PDF anyway. When double click on the icon will the PDF be open in a PDF viewer.
All the PDF documents are temporarily saved in the user's temp library (C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp”). There are made a cleanup function to delete them again when Resource Manager is closed to make sure that the Temp folder doesn't get to big.
