Create issues in RM settings

The settings regarding Issues in the IMPACT database should be filled out slowly according to specific nonconformance that you experience in your company. A new Issue might occur every time you need to create a disorder. That has to be logged in the system!

The issues in RM can be found under settings and you can decide how many reasons, sub-reasons and category of sub-reasons you would like to add. The following picture shows you a basic set of issues. Do not hesitate to add a lot of different values. Sky is the limit!

Those will be used by the people responsible for Q/A when creating nonconformance!
