Show reinforcement bar thickness in sections by default

We have made improvements to stirrups in sections, now you can set variables for sections in walls and slabs to see the thickness of stirrups.
On the other hand for beams and columns now you have the option to see just the line for stirrups
The default for walls and slabs is 0 which means the thickness is not shown in sections
the default for beams and columns is 1 which means the thickness is shown in sections
