Summary Excercise (Plan floors 2,3 and 4)

  1. Open PM and the model that you have imported, called “name_01” (Revisit the corresponding chapter here)
  2. Activate all the necessary modules.
  3. Create a new View layout of all the tabs in PM.
  4. Create a new floor and copy elements in the project Browser. (Revisit the corresponding chapter here)
  5. Filter out the second floor and add the erection sequence. Simulate the erection sequence of floors 1 and 2 together. (Revisit the corresponding chapter here)
  6. Add target dates (rough planning) to all the elements according to the erection sequence. (Revisit the corresponding chapter here)
  7. Add control to the elements of the second floor. (Revisit the corresponding chapter here)
  8. Create preliminary transports and stacks according to the delivery dates that you have set. (Revisit the corresponding chapter here)
  9. Open RM and Add elements on the Cast planner (from the 2nd floor) according to the transport planning, dates, sizes and element types. (Revisit the corresponding chapter here)
  10. Open the mobile app, scan a cast report and then fill out all the controls. (Revisit the corresponding chapter here)
  11. Set the elements that you performed controls on to "Produced" from the mobile app.
  12. Perform post-production controls in the app with pictures. 
  13. Create Non-conformance (disorders) for  2 elements. (Revisit the corresponding chapter here)
  14. Create a rejection for a produced element and then re-plan it
  15. Set elements that are "produced and approved" to a storage location in the system. (Revisit the corresponding chapter here)
  16. Scan delivery dockets (transport planning report) of transports (elements should be set to produce in the cast panner) and set the status of the elements to “On waybill” from IMPACT GO. (Revisit the corresponding chapter here)
  17. Change the transport date to today’s date and set the elements to "Delivered".
  18. Open RM and review the Workload and Production tabs with different filtering settings. (Revisit the corresponding chapter here)
  19. Repeat for floors 3 and 4

You are now an expert in IMPACT Production. It is time to work on a real Project.
